MAUNA LANI BAY HOTEL & BUNGALOWS

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING 
We are seeking an experienced leader to be responsible for the supervision and care of the Maintenance, Landscape and water features departments.  Must possess excellent communication, analytical, and follow-through skills.  A minimum two years of college or trade school level education with related certifications.  Five years luxury hotel/resort related experience in a managerial role is required.

SOUS CHEF
Looking for an experienced culinary professional to bring contemporary trends and inspiration to a multi-outlet operation.  Minimum qualifications of three to five years at a luxury hotel/resort.  Culinary degree or formal apprenticeship is required.

FITNESS CENTER MANAGER 
Ideal opportunity for an energetic hospitality professional with an interest in pursuing a career in fitness and wellness.  Will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Sports & Fitness Center and ensuring guest service levels and cleanliness guidelines are met.  Coordinates program and class offerings.  Minimum three to five years in a similar role at a luxury hotel/resort.  Certified fitness instructor or training specialist.  College degree preferred.

ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
High visibility position responsible for the Front Office and PBX departments.  Ideal candidates must have a proven history of strong decision making along with excellent guest service and communication skills.  Two to five years of relevant managerial experience required.  Hospitality management or business administration equivalent preferred.
